Door to Door Delivery Locations
South East Queensland includes the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The includes Noosa to the north to Coolangatta in the South. It also includes west of Brisbane to Toowoomba.
NSW & VIC shipping rates only apply to the metropolitan areas (i.e. Sydney Metropolitan and Melbourne Metropolitan areas). The automatic shipping rates are calculated using the state of your selected shipping address (e.g. Victoria, New South Wales) and the number of frangipani tree(s) ordered.
Other Locations - If you wish to have your order shipped to somewhere besides Melbourne, Sydney or South East Queensland, we will need to confirm whether delivery is possible or not and what the costs will be. Please feel free to place your order through the shopping cart website so we can contact you and discuss options.

Door to Door Drop Off Instructions
Drop Off Instructions - If you need to leave dropping off instructions, you can do so when ordering by typing in the text box or alternatively send us an email. If no specific instructions are received, the driver will decide on the best place to leave your tree(s).

Door to Door Expected Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on location, season and size of frangipani trees. We have occasionally confirmed payment on the Monday and had the frangipani order delivered in Sydney the same week.
If you have a deadline or require urgent delivery, please let us know. If not, we will assume you will be patient and allow us to combine your pick up with another. This is appreciated by transport companies and helps our relationship with them.

Economy Shipping
If you are prepared to wait for up to two months (August to March) for delivery in order to get a reduced delivery rate, please select our economy shipping option. Door to door delivery MAY not be possible and you MAY be required to collect your frangipani order from a nearby suburb.

Oversized Frangipanis
 
If a frangipani (single frangipani tree or combined order) is wider than 1.2 metres or taller than 2.5m, extra delivery space may be required and extra fees may be included in the quote.
